At Ross Enterprises Improvements LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our services and materials. However, due to the nature of our work, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

Deposits and Payments​

All deposits made for services are non-refundable.

Full or partial payments made in advance are refundable only if cancellation occurs before any materials are ordered.

Service Issues and Resolution
If you experience issues with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem. We offer:

Repairs or Adjustments: If there is a defect in workmanship, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost within the warranty period.

Material Defects: If materials are found to be defective, we will work with your home's insurance and the manufacturer to seek replacements as per the manufacturer’s warranty under insurance rates.

Cancellations

Cancellations made before work starts may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or material procurement costs.

Once materials have arrived on-site, no refunds will be issued, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns.

Special Circumstances
Refund requests outside of the above terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Ross Enterprises Improvements LLC. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
